Our preventive maintenance program is $190.00 per year and includes two scheduled inspections per year, spring and fall. The inspections include: indoor coil inspection, outdoor coil inspection, checking the thermostat, checking the limits and gas valves if it is a gas furnace, checking reversing valve and aux. heaters if heat pump, checking condensate drains and checking the filter.
